Paul wrote the book of Philippians to encourage the church in Philippi to remember the importance of living out life as citizens of heaven while they were still here on earth. The beauty of God’s Word is that it is always relevant, even today, which means that each word we write has significance and a purpose in our own lives as believers. This month as we write this book, let’s remember where we belong and our true purpose here on this earth. Be encouraged that in the middle of both the bliss and the mess that life brings, we are empowered to rejoice always and press on towards our goal, Jesus Christ.
Happy writing!
