“May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:5-6

We were made for community:
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews 10:24-25
Wherever you are in the world, as a child of God, you have a community of sisters cheering for you as you live out your specific calling to glorify Jesus every single day.
Worship is the obedient lifestyle of the child of God:
“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” Colossians 3:17
Whether your agenda consists of washing dishes, presenting a proposal at work, changing diapers, speaking at a conference or pursuing your major, every single thing you do is an opportunity to respond in praise to our Savior.
Christ has called us to unity:
“I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.” 1 Corinthians 1:10
We need each other, and we are better together. Our differences should not divide us but instead prove as assets as we make up the unique, varied, and beautiful body of Christ. Likewise, instead of instinctively competing, our similarities should prove to make us stronger. As the Church of Christ, we are on the same team with the same goal of bringing glory to His Kingdom.
