A Unified Church

“Is there any encouragement from belonging to Christ? Any comfort from his love? Any fellowship together in the Spirit? Are your hearts tender and compassionate? Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose.” Philippians 2:1-2

Father, thank You for the gift we have in being a part of Your Church. We pray we will not be distracted by things that do not matter, but we as the Church will fight for unity, so that together we can bring many into Your Kingdom. Lord, help us not to consider our opinions and our preferences as priority but show us how to be humble and consider others better than ourselves. May we love like You love and strive to work together for Your glory. Thank You for the fellowship and family You have given us in the body of Christ. Please help us to remember that we are fighting against the enemy, not against our brothers and sisters in the faith. Strengthen us to work together and make much of Your name alone.
